MacGuffin's Curse

Hello again.
Today another small indie game.

MacGuffin's Curse

Another game that I pick up in one of the bundles. All I can say it's really really great game but people who don't like to think much will have to use guids and walkthrough a lot becasue MacGuffin's Curse is puzzle based adventure game where you have to push block in appropriate spot to complete level.

"Help Lucas MacGuffin (magician turned thief turned werewolf) sneak and smash his way through this fiendishly addictive comedy-puzzle-adventure for PC and Mac. Winner of the Freeplay Award for Best Game Writing! With hilarious dialogue, charming hand-drawn art and huge replay value, it's perfect for seasoned adventurers and casual gamers alike."

I really had great time with this game. Lots and lots of great humor, challenging riddles, great art design and bonuses to unlock and buy.
Hell you can even buy Jukebox for your apartment and pick what in game music you want to listen to.

Currently you can buy MacGuffin's Curse on Steam for 2,49
For that price it's really worth picking up even if you don't like puzzle games.

And of course few screens it took during my adventure with Lucas.

Wizorb

Hello again.

Today I will write and post screens from small indie game called Wizorb.
If I remember correctly I got this game long time ago with one of the Bundles. Of course I didn't install it right away since like most of the games I own on steam I didn't have time to play it :P

But like 2 weeks ago I decided to play it and that was good decision.
The game looks like old games made in RPG maker you play as Wizard that must defeat evil monsters, help villigers rebuild the town (or not you decide ) and finnaly free good king from evil curse.

The way you do it is unique becasue when you start the fight you turn into wizorb and play it like old arkanoid games or ping pong.

It's really small and fun game to play but there are few downsides.

-Game might get a bit repetitive after some time.
-Music is kinda annoying (IMO )
-If your achievement hog like I Am then it will take a lot of gridning to get all achivs on Steam.

But overall game is worth trying especially when it currently cost 0,84€ on Steam

And Screens from game Itself :)

Hello All.
This is my second blog and I will post screens from various games I have been playing. English is not my native language so forgive me for mistakes :)
Gonna also share little thoughts about posted game if possible :)

So for start.

Risen 2.

I'm huge fan of Gothic series beat first Gothic around 15 times and still like to play it from time to time, Gothic 2 was also great game and even Gothic 3 was great game (In my opinion ) So when I hear that Piranha bytes will make Risen I was curious what will they make out of it, and I must admit it was good.

Some people where complaining that game was to hard or repetitive but for me it was like old good Gothic maybe not the same experience but still very familiar. So when Risen 2 came out I bought it right away and must say it was worth the money. Piranha took the best things from Risen and added some new features.
Some good some bad.

Personally I really didn't like that they removed the option to interact with environment. I really would love to sit down in the Tavern and drink the mug of rum or cook some food near camp fires, little things like that really add to atmosphere and immersion of the game.

If you still didn't bought Risen 2 now it's good time since it's - 50% on Steam.

But enough of me talking/writing.
Here are screens I took at my Risen 2 journey.
